How to Add Account Revenue

  1. Login to your ConcourseSuite site.
  2. Click on the “Accounts" tab.
  3. Select Search.
  4. Enter the search terms into the appropriate fields. If you leave all of the search fields open, the search will return all of the account records in the system.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Click the blue action icon to the left of the account that you wish add revenue to.
  7. Click View Details.
  8. Click the Revenue tab on the right-hand side of the page.
  9. Click Add Revenue.
  10. Fill-out the "Description," "Year," and "Amount" fields.
  11. Click Save.
  12. If you would like to perform an action on the Revenue, click the blue action to the left of it.
