What are Modules?
Modules are the individual areas within the ConcourseSuite tools. Sometimes referred to as tabs, the modules segment your business activities and customer actions so you can easily monitor your sales pipeline, market to customers, collaborate with your team, and control permissions and visibility across the system.
How do Modules help me?
Modules make it easy to control what is visible to different roles within your system. This makes it easy for customer service agents to work within the Help Desk module and also allows your salesmen to work the sales pipeline with visibility into their hierarchy. The granular permissions system allows for both tight control and easy access to your vital business information.
