How to Create a List of Tasks
- Login to your ConcourseSuite site.
- Click on the “Help Desk" tab.
- Select View.
- Click on the blue action icon to the left of the ticket that you wish to add the list of tasks to.
- Select View Details.
- Click the Tasks tab.
- Select Add Task.
- Create a description of the task in the "Description" field. Enter any other pertinent information.
- Click Save.
- Click the blue action icon next to the task to perform actions on it.
