How to Create a List of Tasks

  1. Login to your ConcourseSuite site.
  2. Click on the “Help Desk" tab.
  3. Select View.
  4. Click on the blue action icon to the left of the ticket that you wish to add the list of tasks to.
  5. Select View Details.
  6. Click the Tasks tab.
  7. Select Add Task.
  8. Create a description of the task in the "Description" field. Enter any other pertinent information.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click the blue action icon next to the task to perform actions on it.
