How to Create List of Documents
- Login to your ConcourseSuite site.
- Click on the “Help Desk" tab.
- Select View
- Click the blue action icon next to the ticket that you wish to add a document list to.
- Select View Details.
- Click on the Documents tab to the right.
- Click Submit File.
- Enter a subject into the "Subject" field.
- Click Browse to search your hard drive for the file that wish to place in the list.
- Click Upload.
