How to Create List of Documents

  1. Login to your ConcourseSuite site.
  2. Click on the “Help Desk" tab.
  3. Select View
  4. Click the blue action icon next to the ticket that you wish to add a document list to.
  5. Select View Details.
  6. Click on the Documents tab to the right.
  7. Click Submit File.
  8. Enter a subject into the "Subject" field.
  9. Click Browse to search your hard drive for the file that wish to place in the list.
  10. Click Upload.
