The Home Page module is your personalized command center for the system. In this module resides a welcome screen with a calender of upcoming alerts for both you and your reports, a mailbox, a task manager allowing you to create and assign tasks, an action list that allows you to handle a contact specific tasks, and a reassignment tool which lets you reassign actionable items and data to other employees.
Keeping a close eye on your sales operation and being able to quickly spot problems is key to operating your business smoothly.
You will navigate to your Home tab frequently because it can give you a quick snapshot of all of the important information including your tasks, action lists, mail, and action plans.
