Profile managers should be able to quickly view and act on the issues (tickets) created when Report this as inappropriate link is clicked in their profile pages

At present, when a visitor to Connect clicks on "Report this as inappropriate" link, an Issue (ticket) is created in the Main profile of Connect. These issues aggregated from the entire site are viewable in the main profile of the site (by everyone by default). It probably makes sense to delegate control, and make the profile managers aware of the inappropriate content by creating issues in the profiles where the inappropriate content originate. It may also be appropriate to make these issues viewable only by Champions & above of the profiles by default.
