Discussion forum posts and replies occupy several lines of screen area even when they contain just 1 or 2 rows of text. When a discussion thread contains 10s of replies, as in a technical discussion, it'll be extremely important for the discussion forum to optimize the screen real estate used. Second, a reply to a discussion board post, goes to the bottom of the screen. A threaded view of the discussion may be desirable. To summarize, there can be 2 changes:
1. Use only as many rows as the actual discussion reply (post) length in the UI
2. Use threaded view while showing replies. For example, if there are currently 5 posts in a discussion forum topic, and a user replies to post 3, the reply should appear below 3, at position 3a or at 4, and not at position 6.
