I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask this question.
Looking at the documentation, the path being used for the request is /ProcessPacket.do. Should it be there by default? If you need to configure it, could you point me to documentation as I am not able to access it.
When is system id located.

Sorry for false alarm. I should have specified system name in path. It should have been /crm/ProcessPacket.do

If you are using a non-Java client, then it's important to use an XML library to properly construct and encode the XML to account for arbitrary input you might have.
