Hi there,
I read a Wiki article stating that "Every time a user inserts, updates, or deletes data in Centric CRM, a component-based multi-threaded rules engine is triggered."
I tried finding in the code where exactly the Rules are getting called from and where the Rules xml is located and which Rules Engine is used. But i could not really find a starting point. I can see there are workflow xm files that trigger the components hooks but not Rules.
Can anyone please tell me where i can see the Rules Engine being triggered??
Any help on the Rules engine will be appreciated.
