Hello everyone,

I'm afraid I don't understand the History tab that appears under Contacts and Accounts.

I can't get anything other than a note to appear in the history tab for a contact or an account. The Centric User Guide (in section 4.3) shows a screenshot from a contact history which includes a phone call record. How can I get a phone call (or appointment, or email, etc) to appear in a contact's history?

I've tried logging an Activity that's connected to a contact. I've also tried creating a Task associated with a contact. Neither yielded any change to the contact's history tab.

What am I missing?

I'm using Centric 4.1.3. Thanks!
