Hi all,
At my side, i had deploy Centric CRM on a Window 2003 platform. Everything seem work fine and nice. But it come across some problem for my user. They open some tickets in chinese character, but seem the centric could not display the chinese character that just input. I had search inside the MySQL database but what i can see is display off '?' for every chinese character.
Could someone help me out with this problem? I'm not sure the problem arise from DB or centric language support.
