Custom Folder issue

Hello,

I'm using CentricCRM 4.1 release but could not find user manual for 4.1 only one I found is CentricCRM4_0UsersManual.pdf.

I tried adding contact folder as outlined in section "Using Contact Folders" 4.2.2. In that section it mentioned performing section "Creating custom folders and fields" 14.5.1 first which I did - I logged in as admin role and created custom folder and fields for contact module no problem and set visible to everyone. However when I went back to Contact tab to access custom folder that I created but all I saw the message "no custom folder available". This holds true for any user/role I logged into. Any input would be appreciated.

In the Admin module while configuring a Folder, there is an option to enable the folder too. Did you make sure the enabled attribute was set to true?

Yes, I did enable checkbox visible to users. Please advice.

After having done that still could not get custom folder shown up. Please advice

yes it enabled but still not showing up in custom folder of contact tab. Please advice

I'm still facing the same problem. Any solution on this issue?
