A problem with national characters in mail/pdf. We use centric in below configuration:

Default Time Zone for new users GMT+1 Warsaw, Sofija
Default currency for system PLN
Default language/locale for system English - UK
Default country for system POLAND

Everything works fine, we add all the data in Polish and centric shows it properly with Polish characters, like: ą,ę,ł,ń, etc. :). But when we try to send a copy of centric's mail via normal e-mail or make a pdf (like in reports) then Polish characters are shown as question marks "?".

Thanks in advance for guidance in this matter

We know there's an issue with i18n reports... we're thinking that if we know which PDF font to use then we can substitute that one.

As for mail, we could use HTML mail or set the encoding.

Any news on the issue? The same problem with ISO-8859-4/Windows 1257. Maybe it is better to change printing from PDF to HTM? As I found out very few pdf writers can correctly type national symbols. Anyway I dont beleive iText will be suitable.
I like CRM, but it cant produce any readable printed document without question marks instead of ą,č,ę,ė,į,ų,ū. The only national letter it prints is "š".

I still encountered the same problem here too, with "é" substituted with "?" in the portal's activation email.
the accented letteres in the rest of the application are displayed correctly (svn version 22246, italian locale)

hints?

TIA
