When I try to edit outline details, I can't save changes and get following error
An Error Has Occurred This record could not be updated because someone else updated it first.
You can hit the back button to review the changes that could not be committed, but you must reload the record and make the changes again.

Could you please add a ticket under the Centric 3.0 or the Centric 3.1 project, whichever version you encountered this error in. This will be attended to, by one of the team members.

Curiously the bug was fixed after installing the system on PostgreSQL 8.1.
