Integrating with ConcourseSuite CRM
Community Management
To manage your community, ConcourseConnect uses a separately available plugin which allows for ConcourseConnect to integrate and stay in sync with ConcourseSuite CRM. The benefits include:
- Loading email lists as often as you like to announce your community and to track email responses
- Analytics which help you see how effective your community registration process is
- On-going email campaigns and surveys to community members and targeted emails based on group membership and role
- Relationships are visualized among contacts and the entities they belong to
CRM Tools
In addition to the community management features, there is a ConcourseSuite Tools plugin for ConcourseConnect which allows for any ConcourseConnect entity, including departments, partners and groups to have a feature-complete CRM. These entities use the CRM tools to manage customer accounts, track opportunities, use marketing tools like sending email and surveys, as well as customer support.
Integration Steps
To integrate ConcourseConnect and ConcourseSuite, a special version of both applications are available from Concursive which allow you to easily synchronize the data. In most cases, just install ConcourseConnect with the Community Management and Tools plugins, then install ConcourseSuite, then choose to synchronize.
