Hi Guys

We downloaded and installed the CRM software yesterday but have been awaiting the license key via email, how long does this take to arrive?

Andrew, typically this takes about a minute, but in this situation the email was sent, but queued by another mail server. We've seen mail servers queue these before but I'm not entirely sure why -- could be spam prevention.

Anyhow, your key was resent at your request.
