Repaired the JSP to show the contents of LDAP.SEARCH.PREFIX and POSTFIX instead of doing a boolean compare.

Thanks... patch has been applied to 4.1 and greater source.
The input field is text and not a checkbox so the value was being lost.

I think the forums work good for patching a few files. For submitting lots of files the team can provide a writable subversion branch on request, which makes merging and verifying changes easier.
