The purpose for this very simple customization from Marco Pancioni by Antica Bottega Digitale is to streamline the use of action list for telemarketing purpose.
Now our contact center operators can call the contact directily from the action list screen without the need to open the contact popup screen.
They open the detail screen only if they receive answer to record activity.
Voip outbound calls are supported if you have configured an asterisk PABX.
You can click on the little red phone icon near the telephone number.

I modified the action list details view.
With the normal view, i can't see the helpfull informations like the Company and the telephone numbers about a Contact. To see this information i had to open the popup with the contact details.
With this action list view, i can retrive the contact details like company and telephone numbers without open the popup.
To install :
copy this file in $\actionlist\
or in $\src\web\actionlist\
and run the command "ant deploy".
