Description
When assigning a lead, an email is generated when the assignment is made from the dashboard drop down menu. When the assignment is made from the detail page of the lead, no email is generated.
Solution
While assign lead through detail page, method CheckAssignStatus was called before Update method. This method makes assign without sending notification.
Now Update method is called directly.
