Description

Double-clicking "save" button causes a Java error.

When in Admin > configure modules > quotes > lookup lists, I added an entry to the list, hit "save" and then hit the save button again. A java error ("Tomcat not configured for graphics")

Matt suggested that the save button should be disabled after the first click in such situations. He also raised the issue of what happens when you hit the browser's refresh button...Presumably the system will try to save again.

This behavior applies to many places in the application.
