Description
Reported by Joe Antle:
Create a survey with several free form fields to enter comments.
Create a campaign, attach the survey with the campaign and activite it.
When the recipient of the survey fills only few of the fields and submits the campaign, the submissions does not get reflected in the Campaign responses page.
Solution
Issue has been tested with different number and composition of fields.
