Description

Issue: Product Images cannot be used in other parts of CRM.

What we are trying to do: I am trying to add thumbnail images of the products to the Quoting system and reports in our installation.

The Problem: If I copy the image URL, in this case (http://centric.brandfuel.com/ProcessFileItemImage.do?id=12706&path=products&thumbnail=true)

I get a broken image some time later, unless I browse to that product page in the system and view the image there.

We'd like to be able to serve this image other places in the system, is there a better way to do this other than using the imageID?
