Description
Calendar subscription in Sunbird/Lightning results in a INVALID_TIMEZONE ERROR. According to the sunbird development site this is due to reference to a timezone (by TZID) which has not been defined in advance.
INspection of the returned ics shows this to be the case (TZID=Europe/Berlin is used in events but not defined).
