Description
within a hierarchy the owner of a contact can see items in history e.g. messages sent to contact. If a message was sent by the users manager, the user can still see a record of the message but is denied access to the contents of the message.
here's the error message:
The system administrator has been notified.
You do not have the permissions to perform this action.
Proposed fix. The 'owner' of the contact should be able to view the contents of all communications, docs, etc. regardless of hierarchy level.
