Description

When a user adds account types to an account (doesn't have to save), and the account type has a "&" in its name, the account type "select" popup link no longer works. In the following code, I escaped the document.getElementById().

selectedDisplays = selectedDisplays + escape(document.getElementById(displayFieldId).options[count].text);

Please review the javascript/popLookupSelect.js and make the same change to all javascript methods. Verify the implementation works correctly after the change.
