According to activity:

The following should work:
Display account name in action plan details page in the My Home Page -> Action Plans -> (click on an action plan)

I could not get this to work on that page, however in the Accounts module I do see the account name displayed.

Solution

I have tested this issue on 20070108-fixes branch. Everything works ok.
Can you give some error logs from your testing?
