Huge time saver
Being able to bundle up groups of contacts into certain categories can make a huge difference to how you handle campaigns. Let's say you wanted to take a group of contacts that were previously undefined and create a group of "realtors", or a group of "auto dealerships". Being able to select specific contacts, build a field for them, and put them all in that group at once as opposed to individually going through each contact and defining them would save a great deal of time.
