Don’t miss it - three nights of FREE concerts at the SXSW Auditorium Shores Stage on Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. The stage will have a variety of food and beverages, The Market at Auditorium Shores and free music with Austin’s magnificent skyline as the backdrop. Is there a better way to spend a beautiful March evening?

WHAT NOT TO BRING
Absolutely no food*, drink*, coolers, pets*, glass, beach umbrellas, tents or weapons allowed on premises of Auditorium Shores. Personal umbrellas, under 17" in diameter, are allowed.
*Exceptions: food and beverage items made only for consumption by children under 5 years of age is permitted. Guide animals and wheelchairs are permitted.
REGISTRANTS HOSPITALITY AREA
At Auditorium Shores, SXSW Music and Platinum badge holders can show their credentials for admission to the private Registrant Hospitality Area. Bleacher seating and complimentary beverages will be available to registrants in the Registrant Hospitality Area.
THE MARKET AT AUDITORIUM SHORES
New for 2013, "The Market at Auditorium Shores" is a space designed for a select number of Art and Fashion vendors. Located on the west side of the park, The Market is a huge draw for SXSW Registrants and the General Public alike. GETTING THERE
Park and Ride
There are several parking lots located along Trinity north of MLK that offer free and pay-to-park options after 6PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Catch the #10 Capital Metro bus to the front gate of Auditorium Shores. Visit capmetro.org/planner to plan your trip and find the closest location. Additionally, several Capital Metro routes stop within a short walking distance of Auditorium Shores including the #7, #1L and #1M as well as the #3. (www.capmetro.org)
Biking and walking
Those coming from downtown can take the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge across the lake and access the Concert Site from the West side. Bike parking is located on both sides of the venue so be sure to bring your lock. Auditorium Shores is also located on the Hike and Bike trail and is within walking distance of many hotels, restaurants and neighborhoods. Ride your bike in or catch a bus to a nearby location and enjoy the scenery, ambience, and hospitality of South Austin on your way to the show.
Driving
There are several parking options available close to Auditorium Shores but they fill up fast. Early birds can find parking at the Palmer Event Center garage and, if driving in after 5PM, you can find parking at both One Texas Center garage (505 Barton Springs) and the TX DOT parking lots (150 E Riverside). Rates vary and these options fill up quickly so consider alternate modes of transportation. *Please do not park in residential neighborhoods as you may be towed.*
Shuttle
SXSW Registrants and Wristband holders can ride the free Auditorium Shores Shuttle from the Austin Convention Center to the show. Catch the shuttle from the Convention Center on Trinity street outside of Exhibit Hall 2 or at the southeast corner of 1st street and Riverside Drive on your way back.
