- Private Groups created by non-admins should get displayed in view all groups listing
When a non-admin user creates a "private" group, the group isn't listed in the view all groups pages for admins. Probably, the only way admins can access such a private group is through a URL of the group. However, such a URL isn't readily available in Connect except in the admin notification email that gets generated when the group is created by a user. I think the admins should be able to view private groups created by others when they do a View All on Groups. Otherwise, admins lose the ability to monitor such groups.
Same with Projects.
