How to change email server settings

Somehow, upon installation, I put the incorrect email server in the configuration. Now i can not find where to change this.
In System Administration > Configure System Settings > Email Settings

I see the settings, and can change them, but there is no apply or save button that i can see. And i was not successfull finding this anywhere in config xmls or in the database.

Where can I change this value?

Ultimately, the changes are saved in the build.properties file located in the fileLibrary that was selected during install. If you change the file directly, make sure to restart the webapp server.
