How can Team Elements projects be made public, with no login required? As yet there is nothing regarding this in the documentation, changelogs or source files.
On a related note, what is the purpose of portal pages, and what is necessary to enable full functionality?

Yes; I posted there first, after searching all discussions and available documentation for answers. With no response forthcoming, I thought I'd try posting the same questions in simpler form in the Administrators are, in hopes of getting the information we needed to deploy Team Elements.
Currently, the [projects] table must be updated and each project that you want made public needs to have allow_guests = true.
