I had previously downloaded and installed version 3.3 (2007-05-14) from the TeamElements site, and it's a wonderful app. Is the Centric 0.9 version the same; and if not can you post a changelog or summarize the changes here?

The version number has been reset to 0.9 to better indicate the direction of the
product...
Centric Team Elements is an "Enterprise 2.0" team collaboration tool
suitable for internal team use, managing a large external community, or
both. It ties together discussions, wikis, RSS, issue tracking, project
management, and federated search into a single, unified application. All of
it is driven by a relational database with a rigorous role-based access and
permission system.
The differences between TE 3.3 and CTE 0.9:
- Centric Team Elements is now licensed under the Open Software License version 3.0
- Adding a new Contact or Ticket Contact worked, but the refresh page did not
have the correct id, adding some confusion
- The third-party libraries have been brought up-to-date
