Regarding issue ticket 3
"What is the locale of the server and what is the locale for the user?"
This behavior is exhibited on the TeamElements.com website. My current role is observer. Is there another role that would let me interact with the Ticket system for this project?

Have you changed your location setting under Personal Settings? I'm curious if this is having the Jul/Jul effect, whereas our testers see Jul/Aug.
Also, on public projects only users assigned a ticket or have additional access can make changes to the ticket. A feature to allow anyone to comment on any ticket is being added.

Good job guys!
The organization of a project with its artifacts (wiki, documents, tickets, etc.) is the thing I missed in other tools.
