Description

Hello, my name id David, I used to do some work for The Weather Channel and have used this software before, I am with another company now and wanted to implement it. Up and running fine but I am having issues using the import tool to add multiple accounts. I have created a few manually and exported them to see the format that it must require. I have even narrowed the criteria to just a few fields with no luck. I did however let one out of the 100 slip through and created the account correctly. I have tried everything. Is there a specific format the the database needs to see?

Error file only contains _ERROR after each line of the csv.

Any help would be welcomed.
