Description
approx revision 25233
after you save a Help Desk Ticket, "The included page caused a problem." the page is blank appart from this message and the top navigation. This means all help desk functions cannot be used.
also if you go to view the new saved Ticket you get the same message.
There is also a similar error page when performing some actions on the Accounts / Contacts pages. I don't have a record of these.
