It's time to take your business 'social' with ConcourseConnect, a new do-it-yourself social networking software platform.  Taking your business 'social' is a paradigm shift in which users openly share knowledge -- it's a one-to-many community relationship in which users participate with familiar social networking features.

To get started I suggest you take a look at what ConcourseConnect does...

  1. Try out the example site called Tidewater Talks and sign up to be a member.  That's the quickest way to experience ConcourseConnect.
  2. If you're a technical and computer savvy person, download the ConcourseConnect application.  You'll have to install a few things, but the documentation is very clear about what platforms are supported, and the steps required to install the software yourself.
  3. Review the user documentation.  There are steps for setting up ConcourseConnect for the first time.  There are LOTS of variables, but go with the defaults and you'll soon learn what you want configured to your tastes.
  4. Review blogs and discussion on various community solutions for specific deployment information and discussion.
  5. Contact Concursive to consult with you.  We have the expertise to pinpoint functionality, configuration and customization in order to start up a community.  We also have training and ongoing support.
