For some reason when we are marking a task completed, it is not changing to completed it is staying at incomplete.

It doesn't look like this has been submitted before. Can you explain some of what led to this?
Did you create the task or did another user?
Is the task assigned to the user that is trying to mark it complete?
Does the role have permission to mark tasks as complete?
Which page are you on in which this is occurring?
Any other details will help us reproduce this.

Pending Activities
Click Blue Button Complete Activity
Fill in information under the Complete Activity section of the pop up then Save. It still shows as pending and Saves as completed but never drops out of Pending Activities.

Ok, I understand... I believe this was fixed with the 2.9.2 release. Have you upgraded to the latest version?
After reading this post we tried to upgrade 2.9.1 last week but were told that the patches for 2.9.2 were not available. Are they available yet?
Centric CRM 2.9.3 with the fixes was made available on January 21 as a binary upgrade.
If you are using the source code version the we currently require you to apply the changes manually. More information on updating is available by reading the news in the Centric CRM 2.9 project.
