Can I add a custom favicon to Connect? I've tried dropping my own favicon.ico in /connect and /ROOT and also tried modifying Tomcat6's conf/web.xml by adding the correct mime mappings but no luck. Can anyone help here?

Yes, you can add favicon.ico to /images/icons/favicon.ico -- the 2.0 update will include a favicon.ico and store it in /favicon.ico which was intended.
