Setup Fails during step 5

Hello, I was wondering what steps are suggested for troubleshooting the following error:

An error occurred while trying to create the account, the following error was provided: null

The error occurs during step 5 (Create the administrator account) of ConcourseConnect 1.0.3 on a Debian (Lenny) system using JRE6, apache2, and postgres 8.3. I have tried with and without the google maps api information but to no avail. I would search the logs but am unsure what logs I should be looking at for further troubleshooting information, please advise.

I just met with the same error! I need a solution! Anyone can help me?
The platform is Windows XP and the JDK is 1.6,the PostgreSQL is 8.3.I
thought it's nothing with these,maybe just something else.

If somebody can help me? and then thank you!

Hi:
I just installed ConcourseConnect on Ubuntu Desktop 9.02. I spent most of the day today tracking down the same issue you're having. It's the Tomcat you're using. Don't use the one that comes with your Linux distro. I kept installing Tomcat with apt-get and tried 5.5/6 it didn't matter. I just went to the Apache site and downloaded plain old Tomcat 6, installed it and everything is working perfect. As for Windows I'm not sure but it's definitely Tomcat that's causing your Step 5 issue.
