I am having an issue with attachments that have been associated with template messages dissapearing from the message after the first email has been sent.
It is odd. No errors seem to be shown in the log. I just can't understand how sending an email can remove the attachments from a campaign email template.
Scenario:
1) Create message with attachments under Campaigns | Messages.
2) Save
3) Look up a lead and and go to Messages | Add Message
4) Select Message Template from dropdown
5) Template and attachments appear.
6) Send message
7) Repeat actions 3 - 5, however message template appears without attachments.
Any help would be appreciated. I have tried different file name with and without spaces in the name, different file types, but PDF is what i am having issues with.
