The download and view document action, modify the project_files table, updating the downloads and modified field of that table.
This update will block the future download and view action, because that actions retrive the filepath based on MODIFIED timestamp.
But the file is stored in the filelibrary based on his ENTERED timestamp.
So an update change the MODIFIED timedstamp and that cause the blocking bug on document management and accounts document management.
I've fixed this bug usign the rigth timestamp (ENTERED timestamp) to retrieve the file path.
