Please help me to find out this error.

i have downloaded the concoursive suite community version 5.0 from
http://svn.centricsuite.com/webapp/branches/branch-50-community/
this URL.
After that i created a centric war file using ant war
Then i deployed it using tomcat.
I have created a database centric_crm in ms sql server.
Then i gave username and password.
The database connection was connected succussfully.But i got a error when the system the ant installdb from tomcat. The error is
