We have a flat team structure using Centric CRM (i.e. no-one reports to anyone) but we want to allocate ownership to accounts and leave them unchanged regardless of who modifies the accounts unless we specifially want to change them. So ideally each user would have all other users in the owner dropdown list and could change it when required or leave the owner unchanged when modifying the account. Currently if someone is not in a hierarchy they only have themselves in the list and the owner seems to get updated to them when they update an account. Is there any way we can implement this please?
