Hi,

Is it possible to Import info (like email addresses and Fax numbers) to existing accounts/Contacts? I have close to 700 accounts that phone and fax info is missing (never put in and most of the contacts do not have associated email addresses. I would like to be able to import this information instead of trying to imput it 1 account/contact at a time.....

Yes it is possible you just need to make sure the specific data maps to the right fields. Best format is .csv for this.
