Following errors received after clicking Process now during Account Import:
Duplicate Field: Field " " occurs twice in the header record

Insufficient Data: Count of columns in header and data do not match

CSV file was created by Centric 4.1 Account Export. I receive similar errors on files I have imported successfully when I try to import them a second time. I import the file then delete the imported entries from Centric and then try to import again and I get this error on a file that previously worked properly.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
