Hi,
Is there a way to change the content in the email that gets sent out when a ticket is created?
Also, the email is not getting sent to the contact when the ticket is created. I have not seen any escalation emails either. Am I missing some configuration setting?

The contents of the email are in workflow_en_US.xml. You may change the text of of the email based on your need. After changing it, you may go to Admin -> Configure System -> Business Process Management and upload the workflow file. Remember to check the box to delete existing events.
