Hi
I am looking for a way to integrate Centric to the eCommerce system of our customer. This means that we would like to add and update contact information automatically .
Database persintence document says that the database should always be accessed and manipulated through the Centric CRM application. This comments should probably be understod so, that you forbid direct manipulation of the database by an ETL-tool.
Could you recommend how this feature should be built ?
