However, there are other items visible under the "History" tab in the
web-form that do not appear on the printed form.

For instance, if the "Ticket State" is changed, that is visible on the web form, along
with "Issue Notes" from the Assignment section, but changes to Ticket
State do not appear on the printout. This is true of other items
that appear in the History list online, but not in the PDF... Is it possible to customize printable form of a ticket?

This is a bug that is fixed in the latest version of Centric CRM.

The "Ticket History" tab in the webapp and the "history" section in a ticket details print-out work differently.

The webapp displays a list of ticket log entries along with System generated messages, which are not stored anywhere, but provided using some business rules.

When the ticket report was designed, the history section was created to just list the ticket log entries and not the system generated messages as it would introduce complexity.

Could you please tell when will the latest version be released? Is it version 4.1?

I tried centric version 4.1 beta (centric_war_41b10.zip). But still the ticket state is not there in printable ticket form.

In PDF, it displays Ticket Source, Service Contract Number, Asset Serial Number etc., But ticket state is missing. Please check.
