Hi all:
We've set up 2 instances of Centric (test / production on FC4)
Everything runs fine.
However - we set up a campaign to deliver a marketing mail-shot out to 1082 contacts. We set up a dedicated server in our DMZ a la Postfix to handle the relay, while the message + 500kb pdf attachment was sent from our Centric production server.
At or near message 485, the connection pool is dropped and the campaign queue becomes static. Centric / Tomcat has gone up it's backside and we have to restart that instance of Tomcat.
How does one then manage that event in the campaign? Must we diff the maillog -vs- the contact group we used in the campaign, find out who's been left out and start over again - or is there a way to tell Centric to restart that failed campaign?
Also - as an aside - anyone have a way to do mass deletions / re-classifications (contact type for instance) of contacts from the interface, rather than having my users update / modify tables via Postgres?
Any information would be much appreciated.
