Activity Access Problem?

A tricki problem occured to us (3.1, OS, Fedora):

User A is a manager to user B. Both of them have a full access to all activities, everywhere in the system. But when:

A adds activity to a contact, then B can see it all - it's OK
A adds activity to an opportunity (assigned to contact or account, doesn't matter), then B in a pipeline module can see only its subject, no details! but... the same activity user B can see whole (subject, notes) from a home page module.

I wish B could see it whole from pipeline module.
Is it a bug in permissions?
